Mariam Akinloye The Appeal Court, sitting in Lagos, has confirmed the selection and installation of Oba Kabir Adewale Shotobi as the authentic Ayangburen of Ikorodu by a unanimous decision. Prince Ademola Adeyeri, Personal Assistant to the Ayangbure in a statement on Thursday, said Oba Shotobi recorded victory again in an appeal filed by the Lambo Branch of Lasunwon Ruling House that challenged the installation of Oba Kabir Shotobi as the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Lagos State. The tussle over the Ayangbure stool has been on for nine years.
