The Executive Chairman, Imota Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Hon. Benson Sunday Ayodele, has congratulated the residents of the council on the occasion of the 40th Imota Ayayo Day Celebration.
Hon. Benson lauded residents’ commitment to the preservation of Imota’s cultural heritage and the positioning of the ancient community on the global tourism map.
The council boss extended his congratulations in a statement on Saturday, to the traditional head, stakeholders and residents of Imota on the milestone annual celebration.

“I heartily rejoice with all our sons and daughters at home and abroad, as well as the entire residents of Imota Local Council Development Area, as we celebrate the grand finale of the 40th Anniversary of Imota Ayayo Day in grand style.”
“I warmly felicitate with our revered Kabiyesi, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Mudashiru Ajibade Bakare-Agoro, the Ranodu of Imota, Olufoworesete II, on this remarkable milestone in the history of our dear community.”
Commending residents for their remarkable efforts in sustaining the cultural and the traditional heritage of Imota, Hon. Benson Ayodele, said:
