Wale Jagun The Accountant-General of the Federation, Dr. Shamseldeen Babatunde Ogunjimi, has emerged as the Chairman of the African Association of Accountant-Generals (AAAG).Ikorodu -born Ogunjimi secured victory against candidates from Tanzania and The Gambia, during the association’s Annual General Meeting in the Kingdom of Eswatini.He secured 83% of the total votes cast, while Tanzania received 11%, and The Gambia 6%.
