The Executive Chairman, Imota Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Benson Sunday Ayodele and the Leader of the Legislative Arm in the council, Hon. Oluwole Adeshina has hailed the emergence of Hon. Kamilu Ogunnowo as the Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC), Imota LGA.
Hon. Ogunnowo was inaugurated on Tuesday, as the LGA Party Chairman of APC, a development widely described as a major boost for the ruling party within the council area.
His emergence has continued to attract commendations from political leaders, party faithful, and stakeholders across Imota Local Council Development Area, with many expressing confidence in his capacity to strengthen party unity and grassroots mobilisation.
Hon. Benson Sunday Ayodele (BSA), the Executive Chairman, Imota LCDA, congratulating the new party chairman, described the emergence as well-deserved and a reflection of the trust party members have in the new chairman’s leadership abilities.
According to the council boss, Hon. Ogunnowo’s emergence is a recognition of his loyalty, dedication, and consistent commitment to the ideals of the party over the years.
“I heartily congratulate Hon. Kamilu Ogunnowo on his election as the APC Chairman of Imota LCDA. This victory reflects the trust and confidence the party members have in your ability to provide focused and result-oriented leadership. I am confident that under your chairmanship, the APC in Imota will witness greater unity, discipline, and renewed commitment towards delivering good governance to our people,” he stated.
Similarly, the Leader of the Legislative Arm in Imota Local Council Development Area, Hon. Oluwole Adeshina, congratulated the new party chairman on behalf of the entire House, describing his victory as a resounding endorsement of his leadership qualities and grassroots acceptance.
“It is with great pleasure and a deep sense of pride that I, on behalf of the Imota LCDA Legislative Arm, extend our warmest congratulations to you on your resounding election as the APC Party Chairman of Imota LCDA. Both the Executive and Legislative arms pledged their continued support and cooperation, assuring residents that the party structure and government institutions would continue to work harmoniously to promote development and strengthen the APC within the LCDA.
Hon. Kamilu Ogunnowo, widely regarded as a committed grassroots mobiliser and experienced party administrator, is expected to bring renewed energy and strategic direction to the party.
