The Alaijede of Ijede, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Hon) Adefarasin Saheed Hassan, the Ajanaku II, has rejoiced with the Muslim faithful in Ijede and it’s environs, on the ocasssion of the commencement of the 2026 Ramadan fasting.
Oba Adefarasin, in a statement today, described the Ramadan season as a period of purification and submission to God’s will.
”I rejoice with the Muslim faithfuls in Ijede and it’s environs, on the commencement of Ramadan, a divinely ordained season of purification and submission to the Will of Allah.
”May every fast be accepted, every prayer answered, every tear of supplication rewarded, and every sincere intention recorded among deeds of eternal blessings.
”May Allah grant you strength, patience, forgiveness, and abundant rahmah throughout this Holy Month”.
