The representative of Ikorodu Constituency II, Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. (Dr.) Aro Moshood Abiodun (AMA), has assured that the emergence and reign of His Royal Majesty, Oba (Hon.) Adefarasin Saheed Hassan, Ajanaku II, the Alajede of Ijede, will bring peace, unity and development in Ijede Local Council Development Area (LCDA).
Oba Adefarasin was presented with staff of office and the certificate of recognition as the Alajede at the Ijede LCDA secretariat on Friday by the Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo – Olu, who was represented by the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government & Chieftaincy Matters, Hon. Bolaji Kayode Robert.
In a statement after the installation of Oba Adefarasin, Hon. Aro congratulated the new monarch and gave assurance to the generality of Ijede residents and beyond.
