The founder of FANAFILLIT and the annual GLOWFUX Charity Concert, Mr Olubode Mac Oserinde, has paid tribute to an extraordinary personality, practical mentor, youth developer and the ever-impactful Mayor Muhydeen Sanwoola, on his birthday celebration today.
Olabode in a tribute described Mayor Deen Sanwoola, the Executive Assistant to the Governor of Lagos State on Parks as a leader, man with vision that inspires and lifts others and a kind hearted man.
His tribute is reproduced below:
Dear Deen,
Today, time itself seems to slow down in reverence – to honour a man whose life is proof that greatness and goodness can dwell in the same vessel. You are brilliance without arrogance, influence without noise, strength wrapped in uncommon humility. To know you is to encounter leadership that heals, vision that lifts, and kindness that stays long after words have faded.
You move through life like a steady compass – guiding without forcing, correcting without bruising, and empowering without reminding others of your power. Your generosity is not performative; it is principled. Your impact is not accidental; it is intentional. Many walk taller today because, at some point, you stood firmly behind them.
You inspire by example, mentor by presence, and lead by a rare blend of wisdom and grace. In a world loud with self-praise, you have mastered the quiet art of significance. Countless lives – mine included – carry the fingerprints of your belief, your counsel, and your unwavering support.
On this special day, I pray that heaven continues to defend your peace, preserve your health, and expand your joy. May your path ahead be lined with divine alignment, your decisions seasoned with clarity, and your legacy multiplied beyond your imagination. May favour announce you in rooms you have not yet entered, and may rest – true rest – find you even in seasons of increase.
