The Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, Sen. Tokunbo Abiru, has extended his warm greetings to the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajde Olushola Sanwo -Olu, on his 60th birthday.
Sanwo -Olu celebrates his birthday every June 25.
In a statement, the Senator said that the Governor is celebrating a lifetime of service, and exceptional leadership.
“On behalf of the good people of Lagos East Senatorial District, I extend our warmest congratulations to our esteemed Governor, His Excellency Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
“Your Excellency, we celebrate not just the milestone of age, but a lifetime of service, and exceptional leadership. Since assuming office, you have continued to uphold the finest traditions of progressive governance.
“Through the successful implementation of the T.H.E.M.E.S. agenda, and now the expanded T.H.E.M.E.S+. You have demonstrated uncommon commitment to inclusive development across Lagos State”, he said.
Abiru also stated that the state has witnessed development in every section, because of the governor’s leadership drive.
“Under your leadership, Lagos has witnessed tremendous strides in infrastructure, healthcare, education, transportation, and social welfare. Your hands-on approach and empathy-driven policies have not only improved the lives of millions, but have also reaffirmed Lagos’s status as a beacon of innovation and good governance in Nigeria.
“As you mark this significant milestone, we join your family, friends, colleagues, and all Lagosians in celebrating your life of purpose and impact. We pray that the Almighty God continues to bless you with wisdom, strength, and sound health as you continue to lead our great state with dedication and vision.
