Hon. Olayinka Ibrahim Majekodunmi, a Chairmanship aspirant for Ikorodu Local Government, has reiterated that his campaign agenda – Fresh IDEAS, is geared towards promoting inclusiveness for all.
He said that his administration’s plan is to empower women with opportunities to excel.
Majekodunmi, who aspired to represent the Ikorodu Constituency I in the last general elections, reiterated the statements in commemoration of the 2025 International Women’s Day 2025.
“Women are the pillars of strength, resilience, and transformation. They are the backbone of society, playing a major role in shaping the nation, communities and families.
“I, Hon. Majekodunmi, recognize the important contributions of women in the society. As stated in my Fresh IDEAS, I remain committed to fostering an inclusive society, irrespective of gender, where everyone can thrive in all aspects.
“My vision is committed to a society where women are empowered with support, opportunities and respect they truly deserve.
“As we celebrate today, let us recognize and support the women around us—mothers, daughters, sisters, and leaders, who work tirelessly to build a better future for our communities.
“Together, we can create a more equitable, progressive, and inclusive community where the voices of women are heard and valued.
