Comrade Patricia Oluwatobiloba Okosodo, Councillorship aspirant for Ward C4 in Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA

Comrade Patricia Oluwatobiloba Okosodo, a community mobiliser and youth development facilitator, has declared her interest to represent the people of Ward C4 (Owode/Ibeshe) in the legislative arm of the Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA).

The aspirant, who said that she understands the challenges and needs of the people of the ward, explained that she intends representing the Owode – Ibeshe community, and that she needed the cooperation and support of the people to give them quality representation, and together unlock the potentials inherent therein, for the benefit of the residents.

Patricia, who is contesting on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), stated in her declaration of intent letter, a copy of which was sent to THE IMPACT, as follows:

“I’m reaching out to you today with a heartfelt request for your support as I embark on this exciting journey to run as Councilor of our beloved community.

“For years, I’ve witnessed the incredible potential of Owode -Ibeshe in Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, and I deeply believe that, together, we can unlock it. I envision a community where our voices are heard, where our needs are met, and where we all have the opportunity to thrive.

“I’m not just a candidate; I’m a resident, a daughter, and a proud member of this community. I understand the challenges we face – from inadequate infrastructure to the lack of opportunities for our youths”, the aspirant said.

Comrade Patricia, while appealing for cooperation, unveiled her programmes which focuses on improve infrastructures, youth empowerment and strengthening the community.

“I believe in a collaborative approach, working hand-in-hand with you to identify the most pressing issues and develop effective solutions.

“I am committed to:

“Improving our infrastructure: Better roads, reliable power supply, and access to clean water.

“Empowering our youths: Creating opportunities for education, skills development, and employment.

“Strengthening our community: Enhancing security, promoting healthcare, and fostering a sense of belonging.

“This is not just my campaign; it’s our campaign. Together, let’s build a brighter future for Igbogbo/Bayeku. Let’s make our voices heard and create the change we all deserve”, she appealed.
