Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA Chairmanship Aspirant, Shakiru Seidu Opens Campaign Secretariat

Mr Shakiru Seidu, an aspirant for the Chairmanship seat of the lgbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) (5th left) with his family members and supporters during the unveiling of his campaign secretariat on Wednesday.

Ahead of the 2025 Local Government elections, Mr Shakiru Seidu, an aspirant for the Chairmanship seat of the lgbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), has unveiled his campaign secretariat in Igbogbo.

Mr Seidu, who is a former Senior Legislative Aide at the Lagos State House of Assembly and a community journalist, is aspiring on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The unveiling of his campaign secretariat took place yesterday, Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

In a statement today, Mr Seidu said that he unveiled the campaign secretariat and billboards to enhance his aspiration.

He noted that in the coming weeks, massive billboards would be erected at Ibeshe, Bayeku, Oreta/Offin, Elepe and Igbe communities, and some at strategic places in Igbogbo township.

“The IreOtun Camp are not leaving any stone unturned, as consultations are ongoing at the highest levels. We are putting finishing touches to our programmes and agenda for the people of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, and would be presented to the public by July, 2024, precisely 12months to the handing over,” Mr Seidu stated.

“We are committed and prepared to serve our great party, APC, and the good people of Igbogbo/ Bayeku LCDA. We would definitely uphold the good legacies of Sesan Daini’s administration and create more developmental policies that would be of benefits to our dear LCDA,” Seidu added.
