There have been outpouring of congratulatory messages for the publisher of the Oriwu Sun newspaper, Alhaji Monzor Olowosago, as he added another year today.

In a congratulatory message by the Pro – Chancellor and Chairman, Governing Council, Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Sir David Sunmoni, KJW., he wished the celebrant best wishes.

“Happy Birthday to my in-Law, the Shehu himself, Baroyin of Ikorodu and Gbeborun of the World, Alhaji Monzor Olowosago”, he said.

“May you celebrate many more years in good health, peace of mind, happiness and prosperity.

“Congratulations!!!”

The KOLUJO Team of Comrade Japheth Odesanya, a Chairmanship aspirant for the Ikorodu Local Government, in a statement issued by Mr Kayode Alabi, esq.,, described the celebrant as a trailblazer and a leader of an integral part of Ikorodu.

“To a trailblazer on an auspicious day… To a major component of ÌLÚ Ikorodu: We, at Kólùjó, today and always heartily celebrate the pride and glory that you’ve consistently represented in the history and development of our dear community.

“It’s also our fervent prayer that we have you around for very many more years in fitness & greater accomplishments.

Another aspirant for the Ikorodu LG Chairmanship, Hon. Azeez Jimoh Olosugbo, in his own birthday wishes, said:

“I join numerous Ikorodu sons and daughters, family members, friends and well –wishers to celebrate our father and foremost publisher, Alhaji Monzor Olowosago, on his birthday today”, he said.

“You have been the leader with your community newspaper that was berthed several decades ago, and which you have sustained despite several challenges.
