Otunba Abiru, IDPIL Executive Secretary Offers Brother, Senator Abiru Diamond Birthday Prayers

It was prayer galore as the Executive Secretary, Ikorodu Division Peace Initiative Limited (IDPIL), Otunba Ganiyu Segun Abiru, celebrated his brother, the Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, Sen. Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, on his 60th birthday today.

Otunba Abiru, who was a retired Permanent Secretary/Clerk, Lagos State House of Assembly, in a statement felicitating his Senator brother, also prayed for God’s guidance for him in his position as representive of his people, state and the country at large.

“Happy birthday, my brother, may the good Lord in His infinite mercies continue to bless you and grant you those desires that will enable you to accomplish your dreams of serving Him and humanity”, Otunba Abiru prayed for Senator Abiru.

“May you continue to be a source of goodness to people known and unknown.

“May He increase you in wisdom and expand your coast”, he added.

The former Clerk, Lagos Assembly and former Chairman, Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS), emphasized in his prayer that God will continue to grant Senator Abiru the capacity to fulfill the unlimited and ever – expanding and unending expectations from the people.

“Considering the high expectations of people from you, I pray God to lead you to the right path, the path of those He has favoured and not the path of those He has censured, condemned and gone astray”, he said.

“Once again, hearty congratulations and may all the blessings of the holy month be yours and your household.

“Age gracefully, my dear brother and best of luck in all your endeavours.

Otunba Abiru, who holds his custom and traditional dearly, also chanted Abiru family’s song of praise to congratulate his brother on his birthday which added beauty to the statement.
