Babawale Alogba Inducted Into Ikorodu Resource Development Group

A former aspirant for the Ikorodu Constituency I seat, Lagos State House of Assembly, and son of the late business mogul and philanthropist, late Alhaji Musediq Alogba, Mr Babawale Bisiriyu Alogba, has been inducted into the Ikorodu Division Resource Development Group (IDRDG), which is one of the foremost organizations in the Division.

Alogba is an entrepreneur, finance expert, politician and an Associate Chartered Banker (UK). He has Masters in Business Administration (MBA), and Masters in Science (MSc).

During his induction at the monthly general meeting of the Group on Sunday, chieftains of the noble body took their turns in eulogizing the young politician’s father who was a foundation member of the IDRDG, and who contributed immensely to the completion of the Ikorodu Ultra – Modern Town Hall, Ikorodu.

The new member was charged to take up from where his late father stopped and continue his good work.

Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe, the Chairman of the IDRDG, speaking, welcomed the new entrant into the Group, and asked to let the eulogies of his father by chieftains of the Group, propel him to greatness.

“You can hear the good and soul-lifting words and commendations from members of the Resource Group, while they were acknowledging the impacts of your father. That was because he contributed greatly to this body and the entire Division, and I have no doubt that all that will also propel you to also make your marks”, Senator Ogunlewe charged.

The former Minister for Works, further said that Alogba is one of the young professionals from Ikorodu that the Group is bringing into its fold to bring dynamism and new ideas.

According to report, about 12 other prominent sons of Ikorodu Division, have also been invited for membership of the Group, and are currently undergoing observations.

Among chieftains of the Group in attendance during the induction were: IDRDG Vice Chairman, Prof. Michael Ajetunmobi, General Secretary, Otunba Oluwole Odulate, KJW, former Chairman, Prince Bode Ogunleye, another former Chairman of the Group, Sir (Engr.) Chief Olukayode Shoderu, KJW, former Head, Due Process Unit (Presidency), Emeritus Prof. Kunle Ade Wahab, former IDRDG Chairma, Oloye Oye Solebo, member, Lagos State Health Service Commission, Dr Mobolaji Olukoya, former Commissioner for Physical Planning & Urban Development, Prince Rotimi Ogunleye and Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Health Commission, Dr Benjamen Eniayewun among others.
