Muslim faithful have been urged to continue to exhibit sacrifice, patience and compassion among other virtuous in their way of life, as demonstrated during the month of Ramadan, on the order of Allah.

They were also charged on the need to extend the behaviours beyond the Holy Month of Ramadan.
These were the advice given by the former aspirant for the Ikorodu Constituency II seat, Mr Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), as part of his congratulatory message to the Muslim faithful on the occasion of the 2023 Eid-il-Fitr celebrations, today.

“I congratulate all Muslims on the successful completion of Ramadan, and on the celebration of Eid-il-Fitri. May Allah (SWT) count us worthy of the associated eternal benefits”, he said.

“Much as we would have loved to continue to consolidate on our assured rewards, the sighting of the crescent moon and the Eid rites cap the rewards of our Ramadan fasting, the night of majesty and all our beautiful deeds during the holy month.

“I enjoin us all to lead a life of sacrifice, patience, giving, compassion, peace, and indisputable piety. May the blessings of God Almighty be with us all.

“Happy holidays to all Nigerians. I pray that we all live to witness many of these divine seasons”, Aroyewun said.
