Fatola Segun Declares For Itun – Abosan Councillorship

Prince Adesegun Fatola, Councillorship aspirant, Ward C1, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA.

A Prince of Igbogbo Kingdom and member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prince Fatola Adesegun Mathew, has declared his interest to represent the good people of Itun – Abosan in Ward C1 in Igbogbo, Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Ikorodu Division of Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria.

In his letter of intent sent to the All Progressives Congress (APC), Igbogbo/Bayeku, Igbogbo Youth Coalition (IYC) and other groups and political leaders, the Councillorship aspirant said that he possesses the required experience and exposure to represent the good people of Ward C.

He solicited support of the party and others to make his dream a reality.

Fatola, who belong to the Oshinbokunren compound, Itun-Nla in Igbogbo, was born into the family of Prince Odunayo Fatola Oshinbokunren and Princess Karimot Awolesi Lasunwon, both renowned, seasoned and disciplined administrators, retired teachers and astute community leaders with remarkable records.

He is an alumnus of the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) (now Lagos State University of Science and Technology) where he bagged the National Diploma (ND) in Business Administration.

He was a former student of United African Methodist Church (Eleja) Primary School, Igbogbo, and Zumratul Islamiyyah Grammar School, Igbogbo.

He worked briefly as a classroom teacher before joining the service of the Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA) as a Revenue officer, a position that he resigned from voluntarily in 2022 due to personal reasons.

He is a trained printing press manager, societal change advocate and mobiliser.

In his letter of intent, Fatola, who said that he has been actively involved in politics since the current democratic journey since 1999, said that he is ready to use his experience to serve his people and bring about good governance to them.

In his quest for development of his community, Fatola belongs and have been actively engaged with many community associations and development platforms among which are: Achievers Crew, Itesiwaju Igbogbo Movement, CIIDU, DE Vanguard, LeAP Management Team, Coordinator Laulat Memorial Foundation, Pioneer Chairman, Meden Youth Forum, member, IDEA, and President, ZIGS’ 04 Elites Forum.
