Go Boldly Into Lagos Assembly To Represent Third Largest City In Southwest – IKODASS Charges Ogunleye

Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo, Chairman, Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS) and Mr Ogunleye Gbolahan, elected member of the Lagos State House of Assembly.

The Chairman, Chairman, Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS), Mr Akeem Rotimi Erogbogbo, has charged the elected representative of Ikorodu Constituency I in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo (OGA), to go with confidence into the 10th Assembly.

Erogbogbo, while stating that Ogunleye’s emergence was made possible with massive support from Ikorodu people, also added that the Assembly member-elect should be mindful of their values and worth in the State Assembly and strive to sustain it.

The IKODASS Chairman stated this in a statement today. He also charged the newly elected Assembly member on the need to deliver quality representation.

“On behalf of all member clubs, associations and groups, I congratulate you, Hon. Gbolahan Ogunleye, on your victory at the polls. Your journey to the Lagos State House of Assembly has been made possible by the constituents of Ikorodu Constituency 1 who spoke clearly and unequivocally through their votes on Saturday”, Erogbogbo said.

“I enjoin you to go boldly and confidently into the Assembly, knowing fully well that you are part of the team representing the third largest city in the entire Southwest of Nigeria.

“Be mindful of the pedigree you represent as Ikorodu has always been a voice to reckon with in the Lagos State House of Assembly. May your term be remembered for the advancement of Ikorodu Constituency 1.

“Ikorodu has faithfully delivered the votes, let the quality representation follows”, IKODASS Chairman charged.
