Federal Lawmaker Lights – Up Additional Communities, Pledges More Infrastructural Developments

As part of the efforts of the representative of the Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, to provide light in every part of his constituency, the two term lawmaker has announced the installation of additional solar power in 19 communities.

In a statement released late evening on Tuesday, on THE IMPACT chat platform and e – signed by the two term representative who is seeking third term in the House of Representatives, said that the efforts is geared towards improving security of lives and properties of residents.

“In continuation of our light up Ikorodu project and effort to contribute to the security of lives and property, we have lit up the following communities in Ikorodu Division with solar-powered street light: Itunlaiyeode, Ikorodu, Jaiyesimi Street, Ikorodu, Liworu Street, Ikorodu, Itunojorun, Ikorodu, Itunmeko, Ikorodu and Itunpate, Ikorodu”, Rep. Benson said.

According to him, other benefiting communities are: Baiyeku Community, Igbogbo/Baiyeku, Ebute Iga, Ikorodu, Anibaba, Ikorodu, Surulere Estate, Igbogbo, Owode market, Ikorodu,Adedoyin Street, Ikorodu, Kokoro Abu road, Ikorodu, Maya Community, Ikorodu North and Aleke Community, Ikorodu North.

Also included are Ita Aro, Ikorodu, Itundofin, Ikorodu, Itunwolo, Ikorodu and Itunlubajo, Ikorodu.

The performing representative who has facilitated many inner road constructions, 80 – bed hospital, mini – stadium, three Primary Health Centres among others, also promised to continue attracting more infrastructures to his constituency.

“We shall continue to do more in attracting infrastructural development to Ikorodu Federal Constituency”, he said.
