The management of the Ikorodu Ultra Modern Town Hall has opened the newly built toilet facilities for the use of the public, especially those making use of the hall.

The block of five convenience rooms each for males and females was constructed by the immediate past management of the hall under the Chairmanship of Bashorun Babatunde Rotinwa.

Sen. Adeseye Ogunleye, the new Chairman who also doubles as the Chairman of the Ikorodu Division Resource Development Group (IDRDG), declared the facilities opened on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

Thus, members of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and their guests at the investiture of the 9th Chairman of Ikorodu & District Society, Princess Kafilat Omolade Hassan and her executives, became first set of people to use the newly built toilets.

Sen. Ogunlewe said that the new set of toilets would compliment the existing ones located at Oteju Hall and the library.

He said further that the facility would serve Town hall’s users who are having functions in the main auditorium, open space and other facilities within the complex.

The new facility has five separate toilets in each of the male and female wings with additional wall urinals for men.

There are also toilet hand washing sinks and dryers provided inside the facility in compliance with the need of special people.
