“Just last week, we were together to give out his son’s hand in marriage to his heartthrob.

“Baba Olufowora was an upright, straightforward and dependable leader whose wise counsel and active involvement in politics will be sorely missed by friends, family and associates.

“As one of the foremost leaders in Ikorodu political structure, he gave his all to ensure the unity and progress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikorodu Division.

“I pray that Almighty God grants him eternal rest and grants the family fortitude to bear the loss”, he prayed.

“We lost a great Patriarch to the cold hands of Death. Baba Olufowora is father to all and one of the few whose thirst for Development in all ramification can’t be quantified.

“My heartfelt condolences to the Family, political associates at this trying moment and our prayer is that we find solace as we grieve the demise of our Patriarch. Aljanat Fridaos” he prayed.

“I received the news of the demise of Alhaji Musbaudeen Omotayo Olufowora (Educay) with pain and emotional distress. Baba was very close to my immediate family as my father was the chairman of his Olufowora Political Group and coming at a time when we recently joined his family in celebration of the holy matrimony of his son” he said.

“Baba was a rallying point for so many people in Ikorodu and he was a leader who gave succour to many grassroot politicians in Ikorodu Division. No doubt Baba was a good man without an iota of doubt.

“We will miss his leadership acumen especially at this time when it is needed the most.

“I join his family and the good people of Ikorodu in praying for the repose of his soul and I pray that Allah forgive his transgressions and grant him eternal rest”.
