Sen. Abiru New Blocks Of Classrooms At Aga Pry School Nearing Completion

-500 students to benefit from his bursary award soon

One of the blocks of classrooms at Aga Primary School, Ikorodu nearing completion.

Contractor handling the construction of the massive blocks of classrooms at the Aga Primary School, Aga, in Ikorodu Local Government, facilitated by the Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, Sen. Tokunbo Abiru, is doing everything to deliver the project on schedule time.

The construction of the 4 blocks of 24 Classrooms with toilets is a project scheduled for completion within a month.

The contract, being handled by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant Sustainable Development Goal (SDGS), is being executed by Easystone Project & Services Limited, Ajaokuta, Kogi State.

When completed, the project will complement existing two old structures which pupils and staff of the school have been managing.

Aga Primary School is one of public schools in Ikorodu that have been in dire need of infrastructural facilities.

In a chat with Mr Enitan Olukotun, the Special Adviser on Media & Publicity to the Senator , he said that the project is one of Sen. Abiru’s interventions in education.

THE IMPACT also gathered that the Senator has finalized arrangements to issue bursary awards of N50, 000 each to about 500 students across the Senatorial District.

The bursary, which is expected to be an annual award, is expected to be disbursed any moment from now.

Sen. Abiru officially resumed office on December 15, 2020, after his victory in the bye – election.
