Fanafilit Recruits, Trains New Models

Fanafilit Integrated Concept (FIC) Models , a talent management and event production company, at the weekend added new set of models to its pool with training to prepare them for the task ahead.

At a briefing by the management of the company held at the Funcity along Lagos Road, Ikorodu, on Saturday, July 17, 2021, the management of FIC Models presented five of their new models to the media.

Mac Olubode Oserinde, the FIC Team Leader, while speaking with members of the media, said that the company is recruiting and training new models after two months of seeking for interested young boys and girls.

He added that the new recruits will engage in a 2 –day training programme to prepare them for the business ahead.

“This is our new set of models doing recruitment for the year 2021. We sent information for over two months calling for interested young males and females interested in modeling to register with FIC talent section for free”, Bode said.

“Today is their recruitment and sign up briefing.

“As the saying goes, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a step, so the journey to becoming a fully made model at FIC Models, begins with the Model Recruitment Briefing today.

“The 2-day programme, which kick-started today is aimed at orientating our prospective models who are preparing to join either the general or exclusive class for a course in modeling”, he said.

“They will be trained in different aspects of entertainment including dancing, singing among others.

Speaking on benefits for FIC models aside the training, Bode said that:

 “They will also be introduced to well established modeling agencies.

 “Another benefit is that they will have the opportunity for their career to be handled by professionals. We will also negotiate with modeling agencies on their behalf” he added.

On ground to handle the models, according to the company, are Mr. Scot Efe Ikporo, the Chief Executive Officer of Inland Royal Consulting, and Oluwadamilola Emmanuel (Da'Fresh Olorin), a Music act with Fanafillit Integrated Concepts and the Lead Creative at Vixxibul Designs Agency.

Scot took the new models on the essential entrepreneurship skills required in the modeling industry during his session, while Da'Fresh Olorin discussed the importance of planning and determination to become a successful model in the industry.

The mentorship sessions were followed by a Polaroid shoot session for the models and their presentations to the media.

Also on ground to prepare the models were Adeyeri Waliu Olalekan, the Head of Fanafillit Media Unit, Gift Nweke, the Business Development Leader and Oniyide Habeeb, Member of the Media Unit.
