A Commissioner nominee and one of the foremost youth leaders in Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area of Ikorodu Division, Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria, Omooba Hameed Olalekan Aroyewun, has congratulated High Chief Tajudeen Duduyemi Onasanya, the Odofin of Igbogbo, on his 70th birthday and 26th anniversary as Odofin of Igbogbo Kingdom.
The young professional and political mobiliser who is a Prince of Ikorodu, Igbogbo and Egbin in Ikorodu Division, described the celebrant as illustrious son of Igbogbo, kingmaker and master strategist whose life is worthy of emulation by younger generation.
In a statement signed by Aroyewun, he also said that the celebrant who is a member of the Lagos State Council of Obas and Chiefs and Ikorodu Division Council of Obas and Chiefs, is a man with deep traditional knowledge whom Igbogbo is really proud of.

Today is indeed a great day, particularly for me as an illustrious Igbogbo son, kingmaker, careful planner and master strategist joins the league of septuagenarians and also celebrate the 26TH YEAR of his PROGRESSIVE REIGN as ODOFIN OF IGBOGBO KINGDOM.
The life of the refined Odofin of Igbogbo Kingdom, High Chief Tajudeen Duduyemi Onasanya, is that which is worthy of emulation, his trajectory exemplifies diligence, great wisdom and undiluted love for his homestead, Igbogbo kingdom, maximizes every opportunity in the best interest of Igbogbo, engages in several battles to protect her territory and he has triumphed in all, evidencing God’s approval of his actions.
A leader and administrator par excellence with deep rooted knowledge of the traditional practices that existed in the old ages and a blend of the sophistication and refinement associated with modernity.
