The state of the mini – stadium facilitated by Rep. Babajimi Benson, Member, House of Representatives on Tuesday when Chairman of thye Lagos Stat5e sports Commission, Mr Sola Ayepeku and the Director – General of the commission, Mr Oluwatoyin Bolowotan led others on tour of sporting facilities in Ikorodu on Tuesday.
Mr. Sola Aiyepeku, the ExecutIve Chairman, Lagos State Sports Commission,(LSSC), and Mr. Shakirudeen Oluwatoyin Gafaar Bolowotan, the Director-General, Lagos State Sports Commission, on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, toured sporting facilities in Ikorodu.
Dr Abatan Abiodun – Fatai, the new member representing the Ikorodu Division on the LSSC board, was also part of the entourage.
The team visited the ongoing upgrading of the Ita – Elewa Youth Centre into a mini – stadium,a project facilitated by Rep. Babajimi Benson, Member, House of Representatives.
Ongoing renovation/expansion of the Ita – Elewa Youth Centre in Ikorodu.
The Youth Centre, which housed table tennis and other indoors games, is also undergoing renovation and expansion.
Chieftains of the LSSC also visited the Igbogbo Township stadium in Igbogbo.
