Mr Babajide Sanwoolu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate, his deputy, Dr Obafemi Hamzat, the Lagos East Senatorial candidate, Hon. Bayo Osinowo, Ikorodu Federal Constituency candidate for the Federal House of Representatives seat, Hon. Babajimi Benson, the Majority Laeder of the Lagos State House of Assembly and Ikorodu Constituency I State Assembly seat candidate, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade, among other candidates of the ruling party stormed Ikorodu on Thursday (yesterday) for a mega campaign towards the forthcoming general elections.
At the event, which was held at the Ikorodu Ferry Terminal at Ebute, each of the candidate was presented the party’s flag by the Chairman of the party, Alhaji Babatunde Balogun, with the support of other party chieftains to confirm them the flagbearers of the party.
Other candidates in attendance were Lagos West Senatorial candidate, Sen. Adeola Olamilekan, Hon. Romiti Olowo, Hon. Rotimi Abiru, Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye, Hon. Jimo Buraimoh and Hon. Nurudeen Solaja among others.
