The Day 3 of the ongoing Ikorodu-Oga Day Carnival was all about members of the transport unions that are also contributing to the social and economic developments of Ikorodu community.
The event held at the Ayangbure palace on Monday, November 12, 2018, was dedicated to the members of the various transport unions in Ikorodu
The occasion which was well attended served as an opportunity for the chairman of the occasion and the Majority Laeder of the Lagos State house of Assembly, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade to reconnect with those he termed critical section of his constituency.
The transporters were made of members of the National Union of Road Transport Workers(NURTW), Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) and the Taxi Drivers Association among others
Other dignitaries that graced the occasion which held at the Ayangbure palace were His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabir Adewale Sotobi, the Ayangburen of Ikorodu, Former Commissioner for Information, (Otunba) Sir Ayodele Elesho, the Chairman, Ikorodu Oga Development Association, Otunba Ganiu Abiru among others
