Mrs Oguntamu Bows Out In Grand Style, 35 Years After Meritorious Service

It was indeed a grand retirement ceremony for Mrs Esther Oyinlola Oguntamu, former Head Teacher of Jamatul Islammiyyah Primary School, Ikorodu, after 35 years of meritorious service in the Lagos State Public Service.

At the well-attended Pen-Down/Thanksgiving ceremony held at the school premises on Tuesday, October 1, 2017, dignitaries, colleagues and friends showered encomiums and praises on the celebrant who started her teaching career as a classroom teacher and rose to the peak of her career and school head in the State’s Ministry of Education.

The lucky retiree, in her elegant self, danced joyfully as she thanked God for successfully seeing her through the service years.

While briefly speaking at the ceremony, Mrs Oguntamu thanked her mentors, colleagues, junior staff, friends, Lagos State Government and family for their supports and assistance throughout her service years.
