The governorship ambition of Mr Jimi Agbaje, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the forthcoming Governorship elections in Lagos State received a boost as Eminent Personalities in Ikorodu endorsed its candidature at a town hall meeting.
The Governor candidate of the ruling party at the centre also unfolded some of his programmes to the large crow at Ikorodu Town hall venue of the meeting.
He promised to pay more attention to infrastructural development in Ikorodu by expanding inner roads and construct rail system to aide transportation.
Representatives of different interest groups, socio-cultural bodies, artisans and party people were represented at the parley including members of the Lasunwon Ruling House of Ikorodu.
Agbaje also presented PDP candidates in the forthcoming general elections to the participant at the meeting.
