Wale Jagun The Chairman, Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omo’oba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), has urged residents in his council to participate fully in the ongoing Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
