The Majority of the Lagos State House of Assembly and the Opomulero of Ikorodu Kingdom, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade on Friday, October 25, 2019, marked his 55th birthday anniversary with special prayers at his residence in Ikorodu. He later attended Jumat service at the NASFA Mosque at Grammar School, Ikorodu, where he also had another round of prayer and give thanks to God for preservation of his life and for His blessings. Eminent individuals, notable politicians, associates, clergies and other well-wishers attended the special birthday prayer.

Photo News: Heavy Rainfall Causes Flooding In Ikorodu

Kunle ADELABU Motorists and other road users had another agonising day on roads across Ikorodu Division as heavy rains flooded most of the major roads and streets. Many vehicles and motorcycles were seen trapped in some areas visited by our reporter especially the Ipakodo-Igbogbo road and Odofin Street in Igbogbo as motorists find it hard to drive through the flood. Our reporter also gathered that residents experienced same thing in Odogunyan, Ijede, Ikorodu garage roundabout, Isawo road and Onisgida-Sabo road among other areas in Ikorodu Division that were badly affected.
