Kunle ADELABU It was yet another day of honour for Pa Olatunji Odusanya, mni, a former Permanent Secretary in Lagos  State, a man  many have described as a perfect gentleman, seasoned administrator, community builder and a royal exemplar, as he publicly presented his autobiography, “Against All Odds”, at the Ikorodu Town Hall Ikorodu , on Saturday, September 28, 2019.
