The Chief of Staff to the Chairman, Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), and a chieftain of the AMA Smile Foundation, Alhaji Wasiu Olowu, has been described by the representative of Ikorodu Constituency II, Hon.
