His Royal Majesty, Oba (Hon.) Saheed Hassan Adefarasin, today observed the 2026 Eid -Ul-Fitr prayer at the Ijede Praying Ground for the first time as the Alajede of Ijede.
Oba Adefarasin who was installed as the Alajede early this year was welcomed at the Eid ground and accompanied to the Eid by his Olori and other family members Alajede Adefarasin was welcomed to the Eid ground by sons and daughters of Ijede
The royal father joined the Muslim faithful in solemn observance of the Eid-ul-Fitr prayer, offering gratitude to Almighty Allah for the grace to witness the end of Ramadan.
This historic moment which marks the maiden Eid for Kabiyesi in Ijede as the revered First Class monarch, witnessed him humbly bowing to God in thanksgiving and seeking divine guidance for his reign and the continued peace and prosperity of the land.
After the special prayer, a large number of residents accompanied the monarch as he departed the Eid ground gloriously.
