The Executive Chairman, Imota Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Sunday Benson Ayodele has given a total commitment to the grassroots mobilisation for the re – election of President Bola Tinubu.
Hon. Benson Sunday Ayodele, who stated that he would give 100% support for the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA) in Ikorodu Division gave the pledge when the coordinator of the initiative, Comrade Japhet Odesanya, led his team to his office at the Imota LCDA Secretariat last Friday to pay him a courtesy visit.
“In the area of support that you requested for, you will get 100 per cent of our support and not 99.9 per cent. In our preparation, we have also decided that Hon. Jimoh Lawal will represent us in your group and you can always count on him because he is a responsible and truthful person.
“We are committed to Asiwaju’s cause in Imota, and if care is not taken, Imota will overtake Ikorodu in voting for Asiwaju Tinubu come 2027 (general laughter). We have a large number of residents at Igbalu, Oke Agbo and other areas of Imota. We are ready to deliver and we will deliver for Asiwaju,” he assured.
While stating that President Tinubu is his benefactor, Hon. Benson Ayodele emphasised “his re – election is very paramount to the people of Imota.
“Without Asiwaju, I cannot be here because my name would have been removed and replaced with someone else. I am here because of him. The Asiwaju Agenda is paramount for me and the entire Imota people. I am fully ready to give everything for it.”
He congratulated RHA Coordinator, Japhet Odesanya, stating that the project is a collective one which must involve everyone.
“This project is a collective agenda and we all must come together to propagate it. We are together in this and we shall succeed together.
“I congratulate you once again. We are going to achieve it together. It’s the principle of collectivity that we are going to use in returning Mr President. The cause of Asiwaju is paramount and I am ready to give it my full support. Just call me anytime that you want me and I will answer you.
“We are not only going to return the President, but we will also work together to ensure that we return our Governor and other party candidate’s into positions,” Hon. Benson added.
