The Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr Nurudeen Yekinn Agbaje, and the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Social Development, Comrade Olalekan Biliamin -Oba, have joined numerous others in congratulating the Ayangbure of Ikorodu Kingdom, HRM Oba (Dr.) Kabir Adewale Shotobi, the Adegorushen V, on his royal birthday anniversary.
Oba Adewale Shotobi marks another year today, Thursday, February 5.
Dr. Agbaje who is one of the prominent sons of Ikorodu in the state cabinet congratulating the royal father, wrote on his Facebook wall:
“We joyfully celebrate our Father and Royal Ruler, His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba (Engr.) Dr. Kabiru Adewale Shotobi, the Ayangburen of Ikorodu Kingdom, on the occasion of his birthday.
“Kabiyesi, Asodun Modun oooo!
“Igba Odun, Ojo Kan Ni ooooo!
“Warm congratulations to Your Royal Majesty!”
Former State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) and today, an aide of the governor, Comrade Billiamib Oba, in his own tribute, thanked Oba Shotobi for bringing development to Ikorodu during his reign.
“Today I join the Sons and Daughters of Ikorodu to wish our Kabiyesi, Alayeluwa Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi a prosperous birth anniversary. His royal Majesty is no doubt a king that loves his people dearly.
“Thank you Kabiyesi for always leading the charge for a more prosperous Ikorodu Division and Lagos State at large. I wish you many happy returns sir.
