Kunle Adelabu

Professor Kazeem Adeola Oshikoya, a Professor in Clinical Pediatric Pharmacology, Lagos State University of College of Medicine, Ikeja, has been installed as the Otunba Fesogboye of Imushin Kingdom, Remo Land.
He was conferred with the title alongside his wife, Chief (Mrs) Oshindamola Oshikoya who was installed as Yeye Fesogboye of Imushin.
The chieftaincy titles were conferred on the couple by His Royal Majesty, Oba Taiwo Adebunmi Bamgbose, Wolagunshen 1, the Onimushin of Imushin, Remo Land.

Several royal fathers and eminent dignitaries attended the conferment ceremony held at Onimushin palace on Sunday, December 28, 2025, during the 3rd coronation anniversary of Oba Bamgbose who is the first Onimushin of lmusin, and iwuye ceremony of Sir (Dr.) Olusoji Alfred Onafowokan, KCW, as the first Olisa of Imushin Kingdom.
Professor (Otunba) Oshikoya is a physician-scientist, a consummate researcher and an astute educator at the Lagos State University of College of Medicine, Ikeja. He is a professor in Clinical Pediatric Pharmacology, Department of Pharmacology, Therapeutic and Toxicology.

He bagged M.B.B.S and MSc. degrees in Pharmacology at the University of Lagos, PhD in Pediatric Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Nottingham United Kingdom and proceeded for his Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Vanderbilt University Medical Centre, Nashville, TN, United States.
His research has promoted safe and personalized medicine use for children. On several occasions, he has served as an expert witness in litigation on drug-related problems.
He has published extensively in local and international peer-review journals, as well as won several awards travel grants, and a foreign scholarship.

He belongs to several associations and learned societies, both home and abroad, including Fellow Nigerian Academy of Medicine (FNAmed) and Fellow Academy of Medical Science (FAMedS).
A true son of Ikorodu from Oshikoya Asekuloye family (paternal) and Bamgbose Asedehin family (maternal).
