The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Lagos State on Social Development, Comrade Olalekan Biliamin Oba has extended his birthday congratulations to Mr Olalekan Pelumi popularly called “Rado” by the teeming residents of Ikorodu.
Rado, a well – known grassroots mobiliser, youth leader and the initiator of the first Ikorodu Fanti Carnival, celebrates his birthday every December 9.
In a statement by the Governor’s aide, Oba commended Rado for his commitment to community development and progressive ideals.
“I join other well wishers to celebrate the birthday anniversary of a committed community builder and a core Progressive whose dedication is genuine and admirable.
“Comrade Pelumi Olalekan RADO is a great heart with a strong commitment to humanity – this is to wish you nothing but joy Egbon mi.
