The Executive Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omo’ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, has described the Councillor representing Ward C3 and the Chief Whip of Igbogbo/Baiyeku Legislative House, Councillor Saidat Adeoba, as a partner in progress and a true progressive.
