85th Birthday: Aroyewun Extends Felicitation To Former Deputy Governor, Prince Abiodun Ogunleye

Omo’ba Hammed Aroyewun, Executive Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA felictates Prince Abiodun Ogunleye on 85th birthday

The Executive Chairman, Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Omo’ba Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun, has congratulated the former Deputy Governor, Lagos State, Sir (Prince) Abiodun Ogunleye on his 85th birthday anniversary.

Prince Ogunleye, a statesman is also a former commissioner and state party chairman. He celebrates his 85th anniversary today.

In a statement by the council boss, Omo’ba Aroyewun described the former Deputy Governor as a man of integrity, dedication and service.

“On this landmark occasion of your birthday, I extend my heartfelt felicitations to a distinguished statesman, a pragmatic leader, and a revered father of our great party in Ikorodu Division, H.E Prince (Sir) Abiodun Ogunleye, KJW.

“Daddy, You have demonstrated that true leadership is built on integrity, service, and an unhindered dedication to public good.

“Your principled approach to governance and your steadfast dedication to the progress of our division and state continues to earn you the respect and admiration of all.”

Aroyewun emphasised that Prince Ogunleye’s leadership has inspired and continues to inspire generations and laid foundation of progressive politics.

“Your unique leadership style marked by wisdom, fairness, gratification and a deep sense of responsibility continues to inspire a generation of current and emerging leaders.

“You have not only laid a solid foundation for progressive politics in our division but have also remained a pillar of unity, guidance, and stability for our party and people.

“As you celebrate this new chapter, I pray that Almighty God grants you many more years in excellent health, divine wisdom, and renewed strength to continue your noble service to Lagos State and Nigeria.
