LASG Commissions Comprehensive Water Projects In Three Ikorodu Communities

Stakeholders at the commissioning of the one of the three comprehensive water projects executed by the Office of the Special Adviser on Rural Development on Saturday.

The Lagos State Government, on Saturday, commissioned three comprehensive water projects across Ikorodu Division.

The projects, which were executed through the Office of Rural Development, are located at Lugbusi (Joy, Peace, and Unique Estates), Maya Olorijo Estate Phase 2, Victory Estate Parafa, and Ojokoro Togejoye CDA.

Dr. Nurudeen Agbaje, Special Adviser to the Governor of Lagos State on Rural Development, revealed on his Facebook page.

“Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu has advanced rural development in Ikorodu, with the commissioning of a comprehensive water supply scheme, supported by brand-new generators to ensure steady water distribution.

“Benefiting communities include Lugbusi (Joy, Peace, and Unique Estates), Maya Olorijo Estate Phase 2, Victory Estate Parafa, and Ojokoro Togejoye CDA”.

Community leaders lauded Governor Sanwo-Olu, for the initiative, describing it as a clear testament to effective governance and a genuine delivery of the dividends of democracy.
