The Chairman – elect for Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), has paid glowing tributes to Asiwaju Kaoli Olusanya, the Asiwaju of Ibeshe Kingdom and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Asiwaju Kaoli celebrates his birthday every July 17.
