The National Executive Council of the Oriwu College Old
Students’ Association of Nigeria (OCOSAN) and members of the Oriwu College at
70 Anniversary Committee on Friday, October 25, 2019, joined other Muslim
faithful at the korodu Central Mosque, Obun-Ale in Ikorodu, for a special
anniversary prayer session.
A special prayer was offered for the ex-students’ body and
the entire school by the Grand Chief Imam of Ikorodu Division, Sheikh Seifudeen
Olowo-Oribi, commended OCOSAN for deeming it fit to celebrate the school’s
anniversary.
While also commending the founding fathers of the premier college, Sheikh Olowo-Oribi challenged OCOSAN excos and prominent individuals in Ikorodu to emulate the founding fathers of Ikorodu division in developing the division.
