The outgoing Rector of the Lagos State Polytechnic, Mr Samuel Olayinka Sogunro, introducing one of the new innovations by the institution to fighting the ravaging COVID – 19 on Wednesday.
The Lagos State Polytechnic, one of the foremost institution of technology in Nigeria, has developed four important equipment to help fight against the ravaging novel Coronavirus pandemic.
The machines were presented to selected pressmen at the Ikorodu main campus of the institution on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
The Rector of the institution, Mr Samuel Olayinka Sogunro, conducted the pressmen round the four machines.
The machines are Sensor Control Hand Washing Machine, Mechanical Ventilator, Foot Pedal Hand Washing Machine and Human Disinfection/Sanitizing Booth.
